Registration is First-Come, First-Served:
Spots are limited and only secured once both waiver and payment are submitted.
No Refunds Unless Event is Cancelled:
We do not offer refunds unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
Behavioral Expectations:
Students are expected to follow all school and district rules. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.
Media Release:
By signing the waiver, you consent to photos/videos being taken and potentially used for promotional purposes.
Contact Responsibility:
It is your responsibility to ensure you receive and respond to follow-up communications (email, text, etc.).
Medical/Emergency Info:
All medical or emergency contact info must be accurate and up-to-date on the form.
